Bill Lisowski brings a unique background to the Success Community. Besides having owned two small businesses himself, he has held various management and leadership positions (including Senior Vice President) with such companies as FM Facilities Maintenance, Sears Holding Corporation, Lord & Taylor, and Marshall Fields.His first career out of school was as a journalist. Bill and his wife Sue live in Naperville, IL. They have one son, John.

John Mengelson enjoyed a varied and successful 32-year career with Sears, Roebuck and Company leading a 2,000-person national field organization where he established himself as an innovator in efficient, cost-effective operations and in Managing by Customer Satisfaction. An international speaker, lecturer and author, John and his wife Carolyn live in Sun City Center, FL. They have two daughters, Ann and Beth, and one grandson, Alex.
